When allowed, we track sample-report views, signup prompts, account creation, report generation and checkout starts. Custom event details are restricted to feature names, plan labels and billing periods, not names, emails, searched addresses, document contents or download links.
The analytics service may also associate activity with your session or signed-in account and collect page paths, referral/campaign information and session timing. This is not a promise of anonymous tracking.
Preferences apply to this browser and site, not every device or account. They expire after 180 days. Changing your choice refreshes this page; save any unfinished work first.
This controls optional analytics sent through this app. Base44 may still collect platform page views and login activity. Session recording is a separate platform setting, not controlled by this choice. Necessary security, service and payment records are also separate.
Your saved data
Download a readable PDF of your profile and saved research, organized into properties, reports and development projects, with plain-language findings, sources and project document metadata. It presents readable summaries rather than the underlying technical data archive. This is a saved-research export, not a complete privacy-request export: it excludes document contents, separate permit-workspace records, platform logs and payment-provider records. Keep the downloaded file private.
Account deletion uses the existing Settings flow. Uploaded storage objects, billing records and retained platform records may require separate removal or retention review; deleting your account does not guarantee every copy is erased.
What we collect and protect
- Account and service data
- Name, email, researched properties, saved reports, projects and permit-applicant details used to provide the service.
- Documents
- New document uploads use private storage and temporary viewing links. Authorized administrators retain service access.
- Payments
- Stripe processes payments; your full card number is not stored in the app. Billing records are separate from optional usage analytics.
